The business combination of Holicity Inc. (HOL/HOLUW/HOLUU) and Astra Space, Inc. was completed today, Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (HOL) and Warrants (HOLUW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change. In conjunction with the change of name, the common stock and warrant will list on the Global Select Market. The Units (HOLUU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
