The business combination of Andina Acquisition Corp. III (ANDA/R/U/W) and Stryve Foods, Inc. was completed today, Tuesday, July 20, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (ANDA) and Warrants (ANDAW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Rights (ANDAR) and Units (ANDAU) will be suspended from trading.
