The business combination of Tuscan Holdings Corp. (THCB/W/U) and Microvast, Inc. became effective today, Friday, July 23, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (THCB) and Warrants (THCBW) will undergo a corporate name change to Microvast Holdings, Inc. The company's Units (THCBU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with the change of name, the new issues will list on the Global Select Market. These actions will become effective on Monday July 26, 2021.
