The business combination of Starboard Value Acquisition Corp. (SVAC/W/U) and Cyxtera Technologies, Inc. became effective today, Thursday, July 29, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (SVAC) and Warrants (SVACW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (SVACU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with the change of name, the new issues will list on the Global Select Market. These actions will become effective on Friday, July 30, 2021.
