The business combination of NextGen Acquisition Corp. (NGAC/U/W) and Xos, Inc. will become automatically effective at 12:01 AM on Friday, August 20, 2021. As a result of the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (NGAC) and Warrants (NGACW) will undergo name, symbol, and CUSIP number changes and the company's Units (NGACU) will be suspended from trading. These changes will become effective on Friday, August 20, 2021.
