The business combination of Alpha Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (AHAC/U/W) and Humacyte, Inc. became effective today, Thursday, August 26, 2021. As a result of the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common Stock (AHAC) and Warrants (AHACW) will undergo name, symbol, and CUSIP number changes and the company's Units (AHACU) will be suspended from trading.
