Cellect Biotechnology Ltd. (APOP) will effect a one-for-four (1-4) reverse split of its American Depositary Shares and a ratio change from one (1) ADS representing one-hundred (100) Ordinary Shares (1:100) to one (1) ADS representing four-hundred (400) Ordinary Shares (1:400). These changes will become effective on Friday, September 24, 2021. In conjunction with the reverse split, the CUSIP number will change to 15116C300.
