The business combination of Trident Acquisitions Corp. (TDAC/W/U) and Lottery.com, Inc. closed today, Friday, October 29, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (TDAC) and Warrants (TDACW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (TDACU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with the effectiveness of the business combination, the combined company will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on Monday, November 1, 2021.
