The business combination of Longevity Acquisition Corporation (LOAC/R/U/W) & 4D pharma plc (LBPS) will become eff at 1:00 AM on March 22, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (LOAC), Warrants (LOACW), Rights (LOACR) & Units (LOACU) will be suspended from trading and the combined company will be list their American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Market (LBPS).
