The business combination of TS Innovation Acquisitions Corp (TSIA/W/U) and Latch, Inc. became effective today, Friday, June 4, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination the company's Class A Common stock (TSIA) and Warrants (TSIAW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (TSIAU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with these changes, the common stock and warrants will have a market tier change to the Nasdaq Global Select Market. These actions will become effective on Monday, June 7, 2021.
