The business combination of FinServ Acquisition Corp. (FSRV/W/U) and Katapult Holdings, Inc. became effective today, Wednesday, June 9, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination the company's Common stock (FSRV) and Warrant (FSRVW) will undergo a change of name, symbol, and CUSIP number. In conjunction with the change of name, the common stock and warrant will list on the Nasdaq Global Market. The unit (FSRVU) will be suspended from listing. These actions will become effective on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
