The business combination of ARYA Sciences Acquisition Corp III (ARYA) and Nautilus Biotechnology, Inc. became effective today, Wednesday, June 9, 2021. As a result, the Class A Ordinary Shares of ARYA Sciences Acquisition Corp III will undergo a change of corporate name, symbol, issue type, and CUSIP number. In conjunction with the change of name, the stock will list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The new company will be incorporated in Delaware.
