The business combination of SVF Investment Corp. 3 (SVFC) and Symbotic LLC closed today, Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Share (SVFC) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change. In addition to these changes the combined company re-domiciled from Cayman Islands to Delaware and will list on the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
