The business combination of Waldencast Acquisition Corp. (WALD/U/W) and Obagi Global Holdings Limited closed today, July 27, 2022. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (WALD) and Warrants (WALDW) will undergo a name and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (WALDU) will be suspended from trading. The new entity will be incorporated in Jersey. These actions will become effective on July 28, 2022.
