The tender offer by Ginger Merger Sub, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Ginger Acquisition, Inc. to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Radius Health, Inc. (RDUS) expired one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on August 10, 2022. The subsequent merger closed prior to the market open on August 15, 2022.
