The tender offer by Innoviva Acquisition Sub, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Innoviva, Inc. to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company (LJPC) expired one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on August 19, 2022. The subsequent merger closed prior to the market open today, August 22, 2022. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on August 19, 2022.
