The business combination of Vickers Vantage Corp I (VCKA/W/U) and Scilex Holding Company closed today, Thursday, November 10, 2022. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (VCKA) and Warrants (VCKAW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (VCKAU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Friday, November 11, 2022. The combined company is incorporated in Delaware
