The business combination of Venus Acquisition Corporation (VENA/R/W/U) and MicroAlgo, Inc. has closed. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (VENA) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Warrant (VENAW), Right (VENAR), and Unit (VENAU) will be suspended from trading.
