The business combination of TradeUP Global Corporation (TUGC/W/U) and SAI.TECH Global Corporation closed today, Friday, April 29, 2022. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (TUGC) and Warrants (TUGCW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (TUGCU) will be suspended from trading.
