At a special meeting to be held on May 19, 2022, the shareholders of Zynga Inc. (ZNGA) will vote on the proposed merger with Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO). The merger closed prior to the market open today, May 23, 2022. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on May 20, 2022.
