The business combination of Model Performance Acquisition Corp. (MPAC/R/U/W) & MultiMetaVerse Holdings Limited closed today, Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (MPAC) and Warrants (MPACW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Rights (MPACR) & Units (MPACU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Thursday, January 5, 2023. The combined company will list the Ordinary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Warrants will remain on the Capital Market.
