The business combination of KINS Technology Group Inc. (KINZ/W/U) and CXApp Inc. (CXAI/W) closed today, Tuesday, March 14, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (KINZ) and Warrants (KINZW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (KINZU) will be suspended from trading. The combined company will list on the Nasdaq Capital Market. These actions will become effective on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
