The business combination of Perception Capital Corp. II (PCCT/W/U) and Spectaire Holdings, Inc. closed today, Thursday, October 19, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (PCCT) and Warrants (PCCTW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change along with a re-domicile from Cayman Islands to Delaware.
