The business combination of Data Knights Acquisition Corp. (DKDCA/W/U) & OneMedNet Corp closed today, Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (DKDCA) and Warrants (DKDCW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (DKDCU) will be suspended from trading.
