The business combination of Innovative International Acquisition Corp. (IOAC/W/U) and Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. closed today, Thursday, December 28, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (IOAC) and Warrants (IOACW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (IOACU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with these change the company is redomiciling from Cayman Island to Delaware. These actions will become effective on Friday, December 29, 2023. The combined company's Common Stock will remain on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Warrants will list on the Capital Market.
