The business combination of DHC Acquisition Corp. (DHCA/W/U) and Brand Engagement Network Inc. closed today, Thursday, March 14, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (DHCA) and Warrants (DHCAW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change along with a re-domicile from Cayman Islands to Delaware. The company's Units (DHCAU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on March 15, 2024.
