The business combination of Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition II Corp. (XPDB/W/U) and Montana Technologies LLC closed today, Thursday, March 14, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (XPDB) and Warrants (XPDBW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change.
