The business combination of StoneBridge Acquisition Corporation (APAC/W/U) and DigiAsia Corp. closed today, Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (APAC) and Warrants (APACW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change.
