The business combination of Global Partner Acquisition Corp II (GPAC/W/U) and Stardust Power Inc. closed today, Monday, July 8, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (GPAC) and Warrants (GPACW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change along with re-domicile from Cayman Islands to Delaware. The combined company's Common Stock and Warrants will list on the Nasdaq Global Market. The company's Units (GPACU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on July 9, 2024.
