The business combination of Global Partner Acquisition Corp II (GPAC/W/U) and Stardust Power Inc. closed today, Monday, July 8, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (GPAC) and Warrants (GPACW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change along with re-domicile from Cayman Islands to Delaware. The combined company's Common Stock and Warrants will list on the Nasdaq Global Market. The company's Units (GPACU) will be suspended from trading.
