The business combination of Focus Impact Acquisition Corp. (OTC: FIAC) and DevvStream Corp. closed today, Wednesday, November 6, 2024. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list the Common Stock (DEVS) on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
