The business combination of Phoenix Biotech Acquisition Corp. (PBAX/W/U) & CERo Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. closed today, Wednesday, February 14, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (PBAX) and Warrants (PBAXW) will undergo a name and symbol change and the company's Units (PBAXU) will be suspended from trading.
