Phase II (B) of the Limit Up/Limit Down (LULD) NMS Plan will be implemented for all eligible NASDAQ OMX00ae listed securities on Monday, May 12, 2014. Implementation DetailsBeginning Monday, May 12, 2014, the LULD bands will begin at 9:30 a.m. ET and end at 4:00 p.m. ET each regular trading day. The addition of the last 15 minutes of trading will apply to all eligible NMS Stocks. Pursuant to Amendment 5 of the LULD Plan, if a security is halted for an LULD Trading Pause between 3:50 and 4:00 p.m. ET, that security will remain in a paused state until the LULD Closing Cross concludes. |
