New Data Consolidation Fee for Nasdaq Last Sale Plus (NLS Plus) Filed

What you need to know:

  • Beginning October 1, 2015,1 pending filing, distributors receiving a NLS Plus direct datafeed will incur a $350 monthly data consolidation fee. Direct distributors receiving NLS Plus as part of Nasdaq Basic will also be liable for this fee.
 

What is changing?

Beginning October 1, 2015,1 pending filing, distributors receiving a Nasdaq Last Sale Plus (NLS Plus) direct datafeed will incur a $350 monthly data consolidation fee. This fee is being assessed for the consolidation of Nasdaq Last Sale, BX Last Sale and PSX Last Sale. The data consolidation fee is designed to ensure that distributors wishing to create products similar to NLS Plus will be able to offer such products at a fee that does not exceed the fee charged for NLS Plus.
