Nasdaq Updates the US Equities and Options Policies

What is being announced?
Nasdaq has made changes to the below sections of the U.S. Equities and Options Data Policies:
- Nasdaq Enterprise Licenses
- Removal of the 100K Depth Enterprise License
- Updated language and application of the 25k Depth Enterprise License
- Nasdaq Basic Net Reporting Program
- Updated requirements for Distributors participating in the Nasdaq Basic Net Reporting Program
- Addition of Professional and Non-Professional language previously contained in the Nasdaq Subscriber Agreement (no substantive change)
What is the effective date of this change?
The change will be effective immediately.
