Nasdaq is updating several sections of its U.S. Equites and Options Data Policies.

What is being announced?

Nasdaq has made changes to the below sections of the U.S. Equities and Options Data Policies:

  • Nasdaq Enterprise Licenses
    • Removal of the 100K Depth Enterprise License
    • Updated language and application of the 25k Depth Enterprise License
  • Nasdaq Basic Net Reporting Program
    • Updated requirements for Distributors participating in the Nasdaq Basic Net Reporting Program
  • Addition of Professional and Non-Professional language previously contained in the Nasdaq Subscriber Agreement (no substantive change)

What is the effective date of this change?

The change will be effective immediately.
