The business combination of CHW Acquisition Corp. (CHWA/U/W) and Wag Labs, Inc. closed today, Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's common stock (CHWA) and Warrants (CHWAW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (CHWAU) will be suspended from trading. The combined entity will be incorporated in Delaware and list on the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on August 10, 2022.
