The business combination of DiamondHead Holdings Corp. (DHHC/W/U) and Great Southern Homes, Inc. (Re-named United Homes Group, Inc.) became effective today, Thursday, March 30, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (DHHC) and Warrants (DHHCW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (DHHCU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Friday, March 31, 2023. The combined company will list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market and the warrants on the Capital Market.
